Buyer activity, what buyers are looking at, is moderating slightly with the average price of homes viewed up slightly (1.1%) over June of last year

The two graphs below represent the average and median price range of homes that potential buyers are looking at on one of my web sites.

Brian - as with all statistics to fully understand them and how they reflect on ones personal choices you need to know the amount of data and the source of the data.

To avoid including the casual surfer these charts reflect potential buyers looking at "detailed" listings on only one of my web sites and for the most part the Uxbridge Market with some properties from surounding communities. If one were to look at similiar information across the GTA it would likely be very different.

Kathy, Glad to see the average price of homes has increased, but understand that does differ within the City.   Denver has some neighborhoods increasing, and others decreasing - it is hyper local!
